Vibro sifters are circular gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solid from solids, liquid from solids and for gradation of materials as per particle size.

Vibration is generated in 3 different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft.

Available in standard and GMP models with contact parts in SS 304 or 316.
Double and triple deck unit with different screens can be provided.

 

Available from 25 L to 1000 L batch capacity.

25 L, 50 L and 100 L RMG are not provided with working platform and railings. As for 600 L and 800 L RMG models platform and railings are made to suit floor plan at the user's end.

Material handling reduced considerably making the process more hygenic.

Only one operator required.

Uniformity of granule size almost achieved.

Ideally preferred for light formulations to heavy slurries.

Steam jacketted drying also available on request to meet specific process requirements.
