Humidity & Temperature Control Cabinet

Humidity and temperature control Cabinet are well designed for conducting different laboratory and research experiments for different quality control tests to be carried out on different materials e.g. cement, motors, various electrical fittings, electronic circuits and components, cloth and paper etc. under controlled temp. and humidity conditions.

Construction :–
It is of robust construction. The outer body is made of M.S. Sheet duly pre treated & finished with epoxy powder paint for lasting finish. Caster wheels provided for easy mobility. The intermediate wall is of G.I. Sheet. Inner chamber is made of Stainless Steel/Aluminium Anodized. Tray are also supplied to make the shelves inside the chamber. Inner chamber facilitates self placement at desired height. The chamber is insulated by filling glass wool in the space of between outer body and chamber to prevent temperature loss. Door is also insulated.
Forced air circulation in the chamber by a blower ensures uniform temperature and humidity inside the chamber. Finned type heater duly insulated from body are provided in the moving air path. Humidity is achieved by generating of steam by immersion type water heater in water reservoir & its subsequent condensation in the circulating air.

Temperature and Humidity Control :–
Dry temperature is controlled by reliable imported thermostat from ambient to 55°C ± 0.5°C. Humidity is also controlled by imported thermostat which controls wet temperature for controlling humidity and switches off immersion heaters to stop generating steam. Arrangement exist only for increasing humidity & not for decreasing the humidity.

Temperature Range :– Ambient to 55°C + 0.5°C.

Humidity Range :– Ambient to 95% + 3%. RH

Walk–in–humidity-cum environmental chamber

Temperature range 10°C to 60°C ± 2°C and relative humidity range ambient to 95% ± 3%. Solid state temperature controller cum indicator digital provides temp. control.
Latest range of Interlabs Walk-in-Humidity-cum-Environmental Chamber is to set new standards for reliability in the field of high humidity low temperature environmental conditions, designed for vast application for storing and research work by creating all atmospheric conditions inside the chamber to accelerate the work.

Construction :–
Robust construction. Outer body is made from quality M.S. Sheet duly pretreated and finished with epoxy paint, caster wheel provided for easy mobility. Inner chamber is made of stainless steel.
Provision is made for shelves inside the chamber which are adjustable. Space between outer body and inner chamber are filled with glass wool. Intermediate wall for air circulation is made of G.I. Sheet.
Doors is also insulated with glass wool between its inner and outer surface. Double walled door with a gasket, seals the inner chamber from outside air. Glass Window allows inspection of samples without disturbing temperature of the chamber. 3 or 4 Stainless Steel adjustable shelves are provided. Air ventilation and arrangements to introduce fresh air supply are provided.

Heating/Cooling System :–
Finned type heating elements and evaporator for cooling is fixed in the air path. Air is circulated by blower, ensuring forced air circulation to achieve uniformity of temperature. Cooling is achieved by hermetically sealed air cooled compressor of reputed make. Humidity is achieved by humidification system & is controlled by humidistat.
Arrangement exist for increasing the humidity & not decreasing the humidity, in the standard equipment. Dehumidification system is provided as optional. Safety provision given to cut off supply in case of failure of temp. control system.

Illumination :–
Illumination of 12000 lux approx. is achieved by fluorescent tubes equally distributed inside the chamber and two imported automatic 24 hours timers control their working during day and night. Control Panel houses all controls for temperature humidity, illumination timers, indicator lights, switches etc. Supplied complete with cord and plug, to operate on 220 Volts, 50 Hz, Single Phase, Ac supply.

Laboratory Biological Incubator ‘Super Deluxe’ for Environmental studies (Environmental Chamber/ Growth Chamber) Phytotron

These are well designed for conducting different Laboratory & Research experiments to study growth of plants and animals under controlled environmental conditions and also in the fields of enzymatic digestion processes, incubation etc.

Construction :– Robust construction. Interior made of polished S.S. sheet, intermediate walls of G.I. Sheet and Outer cabinet is made of M.S. Sheet duly pretreated & finished with epoxy powder paint. Glass wool insulation is provided to prevent thermal losses. Double walled door with a gasket seals the inner chamber from outside air. Viewing glass window allows inspection of samples without opening the door or disturbing the temperature. 4 S.S. adjustable shelves are provided. Air ventilation and arrangement to introduce fresh air supply.

Cooling/Heating System :– Cooling is achieved by refrigeration system using a hermetically sealed air cooled compressor and other parts of high quality. This system is fixed at the lower part of the incubator. Cooling coil is fixed in the rear/side portion of the chamber in the path of moving air.
Heating is provided with heaters duly insulated from the body & are fixed near the cooling coil. The blower circulate the air into chamber through heaters/cooling coils to ensure uniformity of temperature inside the chamber.

Temperature. Control :– Temperature is controlled by solid state electronic temperature controller cum indicator digital display using Pt 100 RTD sensor device. Temp. range 1°C to 50°C ±1°C.

Humidification :– It is controlled by humidistat and is achieved by spraying water vapor inside the chamber with the help of pump/air compressor. This system create the require humidity from ambient to 95% ±3% RH. Arrangement exists only for increasing the humidity & not for decreasing the humidity.

Illumination :– High intensity illumination of approx 12000 LUX is provided inside the chamber by fluorescent tubes, cyclically creating day/night conditions automatically controlled through 24 hrs. timer.

Control Panel :– All control, expect humidistat, are fitted in the front panel for humidity, illumination, timer, etc. & are easily accessible.
Power Supply :– Suitable to work on 230 Volts, 50 Hz, Single Phase, AC supply.

Yorco Carbon Dioxide Incubator

Temperature range from 5°C above ambient to 60° ± 0.5°C.
Interlabs Carbon Dioxide Incubator are designed to provide ideal tissue culturing conditions with high resistance to contamination. It gives control over contamination with simplicity of operation and reliable performance. It is useful for photosynthesis and other biological experiments in laboratory. These are aesthetically designed.

Temperature Control :–
Temperature is controlled by solid state digital temperature controller cum indicator. Carbon Dioxide can be provided inside the chamber through an inlet nozzle provided on the cabinet through a CO2 cylinder. The gas flow can be regulated by using flow control valve with CO2 regulator.
Air can be admitted through nozzle fixed on the cabinet. Flow meter to check the flow of CO2 and air compressor for air flow can also be supplied (optional).

Construction :–
Outer body is made of M.S. sheet duly powder coated paint for long lasting finish. Castor wheels provided for easy mobility. Inner chamber is made of polished stainless steel sheets, S.S. tray are also provided to make the shelves inside the chamber. The chamber is insulated with glass wool. Door is insulated & has magnetically lined gasket. Full view inner glass door also provided.
Air circulation ensures uniform temperature in the chamber. Heaters provides the required temperature.

Environmental Chamber

Elegantly designed double walled cabinet to provide controlled atmosphere by varying temp. and Humidity for conducting of various R & D tests as, Plant & Animal growth test, Determination of dielectric test, Packed material vapor test, Insulation test of electrical component. Inner Chamber made of S.S.–304 grade thick sheets and outer wall is of thick cold rolled steel duly pretreated and powder coated. A heavy aligned door with a provision of see though window is also provided.

Temp. range from 10 to 60°C ± 2°C and Rel. humidity ambient to 95% ± 5% are controlled with solid state digital controller cum indicator for displaying temp. & humidity in %age directly. Heater take care of temp. above ambient where as hermetically sealed. compressor of reputed make (Shriram/Kirloskor) maintains temp. below ambient, where as humidity is created by natural mist through compressored air and spray system.
