Pipes: Cold drawn seamless tubes of material ST-52 honed to surface roughness of Ra=0.4 microns and less

Piston rods: EN-8 materials are ground hard chrome plated. Special rod of induction hardened, end styles and sizes are available.

Ports: BSP, NPTF or SAE O-ring ports can be provided at any position related to cylinder mounting.

Seals: All cylinders incorporate seals suitable for use with petroleum-based fluids from -20 degrees C. to +60 degrees C. Seals material options to offer are PU, Viton, PTFE, and Nitrile.

Pressure Rating: CHP cylinders are rated for max. 300 bar (4200 PSI) continuous operation.
